Staff Can Now Step In on Base Ownership Disputes

A new internal tool lets staff fairly resolve contested bases - no more guessing who really owns what.

We've rolled out a new admin tool across all three servers to help resolve base ownership disputes more fairly.

When a base's ownership becomes genuinely contested - for example after a raid, or a dispute over who placed the first lock - staff can now pull an accurate on-the-spot ownership report and, where appropriate, reset a disputed lock back to unclaimed so the next legitimate interaction establishes ownership normally, exactly like any other fresh lock.

This doesn't change how building and locking works for players day to day. It just gives staff a fair, evidence-based way to step in on the rare cases that need it.
