Submit Ticket lets you send a message directly to staff for support, bug reports, or questions -- no need to go through Discord first. Staff get alerted the moment you submit, and you can view, edit, or withdraw your own tickets anytime from My Tickets.

Messages brings private, encrypted 1:1 messaging to the site. Message other players or staff directly, control who can reach you (everyone, or staff only), block anyone you don't want to hear from, and report anything that breaks the rules.
